New Cup Filler and Sealer
Our customer, a sushi producer located in Quebec, wanted a machine to do their cups of soya sauce and spicy mayo. He wanted a new, compact and complete solution. We had to manufacture an equipment that does soya sauce and mayo.
A brand new machinethat we added to our range
In order to answer to customer’s requests, we had to manufacture a new equipment that we never did previously. We then designed and manufactured a machine that fills and seals the cups before exiting through an output conveyor. The equipment comes with a station to fill, to feed the foil, to seal the foil and to exit the cups. We also used an adaptable filler for soy sauce (very liquid) and mayo (thicker).
We are very happy to have the chance to develop a new product thanks to our customer. We are also proud of the final result and the customer is very satisfied with its new machine. This product is now part of our new equipment line.
